About HaHA Institute Comedy Classes

These comedy classes will focus on humor that is socially conscious, personally empowering, politically enlightening, intellectually stimulating, environmentally relevant, and in some cases, workplace appropriate. We intend to challenge the American tradition of "put-down humor" and to explore our common shared experiences and human frailties as comedy fodder. Participants interested in creating stand-up comedy routines, public speaking training, overcoming stage fright, and effective team-building are encouraged to take the entire six week series with professional comic, writer, humorist and diversity trainer Karen William.
