About The Program

Well Mind, Well Life will provide a safe, free, and accessible environment to acquire resources for maintaining daily mental wellness for queer-identifying young adults aged 18-40. We will be covering topics ranging from coping skills for stressful situations, to building community and social support, and much more! The sessions will be independent from one another, so feel free to sign up for the ones that interest you. Sessions will be one hour long and offered in both an in-person and virtual format. The first session begins in-person on 3/30 and virtually 4/1, with a registration cap of 20 people per session. See the registration link below to join!
