About The Program

Trans+ offers opportunities to individuals within the transgender and non-binary community to discuss different aspects of their journeys, share vital resources, celebrate each other’s successes, and support one another when faced with challenges as a collective group.

This program also:

  • Provides access to physical healthcare
  • Provides access to mental healthcare
  • Addresses commonplace health disparities by reducing barriers, amplifying outreach, and increasing access to safe, affirming, and culturally-sensitive healthcare for transgender and non-binary individuals in the Greater Cleveland region.
