Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental clarity, and promoting inner peace.
Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) for this class which blends all three and is tailored to the specific needs of whoever shows up. Props and mats provided, or bring your own.
