Yoga for All Bodies

If you can sit or lay down and breathe, then you can practice Yoga. Movement is only one part of this spiritual discipline. Pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to improve focus and prepare the body + mind for Meditation. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental clarity, and promoting inner peace.

Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) for this class which blends all three and is tailored to the specific needs of whoever shows up.
