What we do
The Center is the heart of the region’s LGBTQ+ community and is a one-stop hub that provides a safe space, programs & services, advocacy, and social events. We work to provide supportive programs, educational opportunities, and health services that advance the overall wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people of all ages.

Queer Youth Initiative
Queer Youth Initiative (QYou) is a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ youth ages 11-20. We work to collaborate and provide youth with a network of support and opportunities to express themselves, make new friends, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.

Rainbow Pioneers is a social support group that serves LGBTQ+ individuals ages 50+. Rainbow Pioneers programming provides participants with a safe, affirming space and allows members to engage in a variety of activities ranging from Art Therapy to Joint Mobility Exercises.

Trans+ is an opportunity for transgender and non-binary individuals to discuss different aspects of our journeys, share resources, celebrate success, and support each other as we overcome challenges in a group setting!
Health & Wellness
The Center provides a variety of services to meet the greatest health and wellness needs of Northeast Ohio's LGBTQ+ community. From an in-house clinic sponsored by MetroHealth to a monthly food pantry.
Thanks to the support of our community, The Center is able to offer a variety of discussion based groups that are affirming and LGBTQ+ friendly, facilitated by different community members.
Public opinion leaders
Our Public Opinion Leaders (POLs) increase awareness and knowledge of HIV/STIs, prevention methods including PrEP, and connection to resources and supports in the community with a specific focus on Trans and Gender Diverse people.
Queer Living: Life Skills Workshops is a training program open to young people, ages 14-20, who are interested in learning life skills that may be harder to obtain elsewhere. Guest speakers who are experts in each skill area will teach young people the skills needed to increase protective factors and be self-sufficient in adulthood.
