Queer Youth Initiative (QYOU)
Queer Youth Initiative (QYou) is a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ youth ages 11-19. We work to collaborate and provide youth with a network of support and opportunities to express themselves, make new friends, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.

Trans+ West offers opportunities to individuals within the transgender and non-binary community to discuss different aspects of their journeys, share vital resources, celebrate each other’s successes, and support one another when faced with challenges as a collective group.

Rainbow Pioneers West is a social support group that serves LGBTQ+ individuals ages 50+. Rainbow Pioneers programming provides participants with a safe, affirming space and allows members to engage in a variety of activities ranging from Art Therapy to Joint Mobility Exercises.

Popular Opinion Leaders (POL)
Popular Opinion Leaders is a group whose main focus is to increase awareness and knowledge of HIV/STIs, prevention methods including PrEP, and connection to resources and support through outreach and direct engagement in the community with a specific focus on trans and Gender Diverse individuals.

WUMC Food Pantry
Run through a partnership between Westlake United Methodist Church and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, The Center is proud to host a walk-in food pantry on the first Friday of each month. Photo identification is required to be able to use the pantry.

Free Walk-in HIV/STI Testing
Testing is provided in collaboration with Central Outreach Wellness Center, The Centers, and Nueva Luz Urban Resource Center. Individuals seeking testing must be 18+ in age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Alcoholics Anonymous
Pride AA is a community-led support group for LGBTQ+ and ally community members in recovery. Meetings are on a walk-in basis and do not require registration to attend. All are welcome!

Cleveland Bi+ Network
The Cleveland Bisexual+ Network exists to serve and support at large the people who can find themselves on the fringes of both the straight community and the LGBT+ community with monthly meetings for discussion, as well as additional social outings to create a beautiful, active, and engaged community.

THE KALEIDOSCOPE CROWD
In partnership with NAMI Greater Cleveland, we are hosting a peer-facilitated mental health support group for LGBTQ individuals (ages 18+). This group aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for support as we look at the intersection of identity and mental health. Register (Select Date).

Lavender Café
Lavender Café is a social support group that welcomes ALL lesbians, bi and pansexual woman-identified queer people. This includes trans and nonbinary members of the LGBTQ community anywhere in their coming out journeys. For individuals ages 18+. If interested, contact group organizer.

LGBTQ+ Church Hurt Group

The LGBTQ+ Church Hurt Group is a group for those who have experienced emotional and psychological pain as a result of negative experiences within a religious community. The group will meet virtually on a drop-in basis and is open to any LGBTQ+ identifying person who is religious, spiritual, or non-religious, as well as those who love the traditions of their faith but are afraid to make a home in organized religion.

LGBTQ+ Educators Alliance
The LGBTQ+ Educators Alliance provides crucial support for LGBTQ+ educators across Greater Cleveland in both K-12 and higher education. This vital community group creates a dedicated space for educators to connect, share experiences, and directly influence policy, strengthening their collective resilience in challenging educational landscapes. The group is facilitated by a current higher education professional and an aspiring educator

Out, Proud, and Pagan
Out, Proud, and Pagan aims are to grow the understanding of what it means to be Queer and Pagan. Come and share you journey, experience new rituals, gain understanding, and enjoy yourself, as we all explore the intersection of our sexuality and magick practice.

PFLAG Cleveland Monthly Support Group
PFLAG Cleveland Monthly Support Group is composed of LGBTQ+ individuals, family members and allies who come together to share their personal stories in their journey toward acceptance and love. The group is an intergenerational group facilitated by volunteer mental health professionals who are dedicated to our mission of creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. The Cleveland chapter has been proudly active in this effort since 1985.

A space for sharing talents, activities, games, interests, and laughter. A way to socialize and meet up with friends, in a comfortable safe space, to share interest or new interest together in a community. Fun activities include: social gatherings, museums, theater, chili cook-offs, board games, bowling, etc. Open to LGBT+ community 21 and up!

The Soft Spot
The Soft Spot is a social support group based around the experiences of being fat and queer. The group aims to hold community events that challenge societal standards as well as create long lasting friendships, support, and community. Quarterly discussions on fatphobia and shared lived experiences as fat folks will occur. This group is open to all ages and sizes.

Spectrum Saturdays
A peer-guided discussion group for trans and non-binary individuals on the Autism spectrum ages 16 and older, facilitated by Autism Personal Coach. Every month we'll be exploring our identities and expressing our authentic selves through no-pressure conversation and creativity. Currently meeting virtually on a drop-in basis.
