We’re launching EmpowerDB, a new internal data management system at The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, beginning February 2026.
EmpowerDB helps our staff work more efficiently behind the scenes so we can better support our community. It improves data security, team coordination, reporting, and funding, without changing the services you receive.

EmpowerDB is built with privacy at its core. Your information is securely locked, and no one, including EmpowerDB, can access or read your data without permission.

There’s no change to programs or services — just a quick, easy check-in when you visit The Center.
